When I am not working, I am taking photos and videos of my family. Since I discovered the world of Documentary Family Photography and Family Photojournalism 9 years ago, my camera never leaves my side and I find myself capturing the little moments and the fleeting ones, that I never want to forget. In the last years I’ve been slowly moving from the digital world to the analogue one. I find myself developing and scanning my own films, soon I hope to build a dark room to print my own too.
On a personal level, I’m half British and half Moroccan, I’ve been living in Montreal Quebec since the age of 5, I like to call Paris my second home and I dream of living in New York one day. The ocean is my oasis. This might explain my eclectic tastes from vintage to modern, from quirky to classic. Things I love are: coffee, anything vintage, stripes & florals, colours but mostly any shade of grey, and all things Japanese. I love to dance. I am not a fan of the cold… yes I know I live in Quebec. Finally, I am a night owl and professional daydreamer.
P.S. Don’t talk to me before 9am, even my kids know this!

I’ve placed in the top 10 twice [2017 & 2019] in the Documentary Family Awards and made it to the final round in 2020.
I’ve been a finalist in both 2019, 2020 & 2021 in the Voice Collection over at Clickin Moms. I won best in category in 2019 and have since become a Click Pro.
I received an honourable mention in the Woman Street Photography Awards in 2019.
